INSPECTION FOR ECM CIRCUIT VOLTAGE
"
ECM cannot be bench checked. It is strictly prohibited
to connect any tester (voltmeter or ohmmeter) to an ECM
separated from the engine wiring harness.

1. Connect the 44-pin test cord between the ECM and the wire
harness as shown in the figure.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
3. Connect the tester probe - (Black) to the body ground, and
measure the voltage according to the “CIRCUIT VOLTAGE
TABLE”.
