7-22 MID UNIT
SWIVEL BRACKET, STEERING
BRACKET AND CLAMP BRACKET
REMOVAL / DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the driveshaft housing / oil pan.
(See the page 7-12 to 7-13.)
2. Remove the circlip 1.
3. Remove the lower mount bracket 1, the shim 2 and the
washer 3 from the steering shaft.
4. Lift the steering bracket 1 upward to remove from the swivel
bracket.
5. Remove the washer 2 and the upper bushing 3.
6. Remove the swivel bracket seal 4 and the lower bushing 5.
7. Remove the circlip 1 and push out the tilt cylinder upper
rod 2.
