Suzuki LT-Z250 - Remounting

7-8 CHASSIS
 Remove the screws.
 Pull out the taillight assembly
2 with the bracket.
 Remove the rear fender mounting bolts.
 Remove the footrest mud guards.
 Remove the rear fender.
REMOUNTING
Remount the exterior parts in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following points:
FRONT GRIP BAR
 Tighten the front grip bar mounting bolts to the specified
torque.
" Front grip bar mounting bolt:
26 N•m (2.6 kgf-m, 19.0 lb-ft)
REAR GRIP BAR
 Tighten the rear grip bar mounting bolts to the specified
torque of each.
" Rear grip bar mounting bolt
1:
28 N•m (2.8 kgf-m, 20.5 lb-ft)
2:
55 N•m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
