Suzuki LT-Z250 - Removal; Inspection and Disassembly

REMOVAL
 Remove the footrest mud guards. (!7-7)
 Remove the rear drive gear case assembly. (!4-3)
 Remove the rear shock absorber. (!7-53)
 Disconnect the brake breather hose
2 from the swingarm.
 Loosen the swingarm pivot bolts/nuts

 Remove the swingarm.
INSPECTION AND DISASSEMBLY
REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
Inspect the rear shock absorber. (!7-53)
SPACER
 Remove the dust covers
1 and spacers 2 from the swing-
arm.
Inspect the spacers
2 for any flaws or other damage. If any
defects are found, replace the spacer with a new one.
SWINGARM
Inspect the swingarm for distortion or damage. If any damage
are found, replace the swingarm with a new one.
