Suzuki LT-Z50 - Removal

CHASSIS 5-11
REMOVAL
• Remove the front wheel. (5-8)
• Remove the wheel center cap.
• Remove the cotter pin and front hub nut 1.

• Remove the front wheel hub 2.
• Remove the front brake shoe assembly 3.
• Remove the spring 4.
• Remove the front brake adjusting nut 5.
• Remove the front brake cam lever nut 6 and bolt 7.
• Remove the brake cam lever 8 and front brake camshaft 9.
The removed cotter pin must be replaced with a new
one.
