REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY
FRONT SUSPENSION
• Remove the front wheel. (5-8)
• Remove the front grip. (5-6)
• Remove the front brake. (5-12 to -13)
• Remove the front brake cable 1.
• Remove the cotter pin and knuckle arm nut 2.

• Remove the cotter pin and tie-rod end nut 3.

• Remove the knuckle arm 4 and bolt 5.
• Remove the front shock absorber 6.
• Remove the front suspension arm 7.
The removed cotter pin must be replaced with a new
one.
