• Install the engine sprocket 8.
• Install the snap ring 9.
CVT CASE COVER
BUSHING INSPECTION
Inspect the CVT case cover bushing for wear or damage.
If anything unusual is found, replace the bushing or CVT case
cover.
GENERATOR CASE
BUSHING INSPECTION
Inspect the bushing 1 for wear or damage.
If any defects are found, replace it with a new one.
OIL SEAL INSPECTION
Damage to the lip of the oil seal may result in leakage of the
fuel-air mixture or gear oil. Inspect the oil seal and if it is dam-
aged, replace it with a new one.
The removed snap ring must be replaced with a new
one.
When installing a new snap ring, pay attention to the
direction of the snap ring. Fit it to the side where the
thrust is as shown in the illustration.
