■ If you try to log onto a new
instance of the NetBackup
Appliance Web Console,
while the initial
configuration is in
progress on that
appliance.
■ If an unexpected error has
occurred.
Login was unsuccessful, click ? for
details.
■ Verify that you have entered the correct
user name and password.
■ Contact your System Administrator in case
the error appears again.
This error can be displayed
due to the following reasons:
■ If the provided user name
and password is incorrect.
■ If the authentication server
is not responsive.
User authentication failed. Please enter
valid user name and password. If
problem persists contact your System
Administrator.
Contact your System Administrator for more
assistance.
This error is displayed, if the
web server is not responsive
the login page is not
displayed.
The connection has timed out.
Contact your System Administrator for more
assistance.
This error is displayed, if the
web server has been shut
down.
Unable to connect
Contact your System Administrator in case
the error appears again.
This error is displayed, if the
authentication server is not
responsive.
Error occurred while connecting to the
Symantec Product Authentication
Service (AT). Please ensure that the
AT service is running.
