5.3.3.1.5 Odometer or Operating hours Range
Here a odometer or operation hours range can be input, that defines the maximum al-
lowable difference between two refuellings. This value is checked when either odom-
eter readings or operating hours are input. Maximum is 9999 km / mls or hours.
Display (e.g.):
5.3.3.1.6 Odometer or Operating Hours Status
Here the current mileage or operating hours of a vehicle can be viewed. If necessary
the value can be edited.
Display (e.g.):
It is not necessary to enter the odometer reading when creating a vehicle. This
should be done prior to the first refuelling. A selected odometer window becomes
effective only from second refuelling.
5.3.3.1.7 Lock / Release ID
An ID can be blocked or released here. Blocked IDs will not be accepted for refuelling.
The Master ID cannot be blocked.
Display (e.g.):
5.3.3.1.8 Quota dispense quantity
Display of the maximum quantity that can be fuelled in the time frame (see below) of
the quota. The setting is only possible through the HDA manager.
Display (e. g.):
5.3.3.1.9 Quota time frame
Display of the time frame in days in which the quota dispense quantitycan be fuelled.
Zero days are configured ex works, meaning the quota management is deactivated.
The setting is only possible through the HAD manager.
