8. ADJUSTMENTS
8.1. BELT TENSION

Carry out the operations described in paragraph
7.7. “Guards” for removing the upper guard.
Working on the front or rear belt tensioning
mechanism:
1. Back off the lock-nut (a) using a 17mm
wrench.
2. Make the adjustment by turning the screw
(b) with a 17mm wrench.
3. Tighten the lock-nut again.
ATTENTION: The correct belt tension is
200Hz±20Hz.
To reassemble the bel, carry out the above steps
in reverse order.
