Select a custom test
To select a custom test:
1. Select Tests.
2. Select Custom Test, then select Add to create a new 3-terminal, n-type MOSFET test in the
project tree.

3. Select Rename from the toolbar. Enter a test name in the text box, then select Enter. vds-id
was chosen for this example.

Configure the test
To configure the test:
1. Select Configure.
