Oil change. See manual of the corresponding pump version
ULVAC ILMVAC
Vacuum pump internal cleaning. Each time a change of oil is done, it is advisable to clean
the inside of the pump body. It is harmful for the pump to be stored for a long period of time
filled with dirty oil; therefore, is advisable to change the oil beforehand.
It is advised to use a funnel when emptying the oil of the pump, as follows:

Recommended Azbil Telstar Technologies oils are:
AV-30, mineral oil for general applications in industry and laboratory.
CHEMOIL-500, oil to be used at high temperatures.
WETOIL-8r, oil to be used in aspiration of large quantity of water steam.
About the ILMVAC pumps, LABOVAC 14 is recommended for standard applications. See the
manual of the pump for special applications recommended oils.
NOTE:
Follow the current environmental regulations about the waste and disposal of used oil.
