To access the configuration page, log in to the web UI of the Mesh device, and choose More >
Network Settings > VPN. This function is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the page is
shown as below.
The following table describes the parameters displayed on this page.
Parameter description
Used to enable or disable the PPTP server.
When it is enabled, the Mesh device functions as a PPTP server, which
can accept the connections from PPTP clients.
Specifies the IP address range within which the PPTP server can assign
to PPTP clients. It is recommended to keep the default settings.
Used to enable or disable 128-bit data encryption.
The encryption settings should be the same between the PPTP server
and PPTP clients. Otherwise, communication cannot be achieved
normally.
