Akeyswitchundervoltagefaultisreportedwhenthecuttingreelmotormeasuresthe48Vlogicvoltageatless
than32V.
CircuitDescription
Eachcuttingunithasanelectricreelmotorthatcontainsaninternalcontroller.Theinternalcontrollermeasures
asteady48Vsignal,calledlogicpower.
Ifonly1cuttingreelmotorisreportingakeyswitchundervoltfault,theproblemismorelikelytobewiththe48V
logicpowerconnectiontothatcuttingreelmotor.
Ifmorethan1cuttingreelmotorisreportingakeyswitchundervoltfault,theproblemismorelikelytobe
withthe48Vbusvoltage.
Ifmorethanonedeviceisreportingthisfault,checkthebatteryvoltagewiththeengineOFF,andagainwith
theenginerunning.
IfthebatteryvoltageisgoodwithengineOFFbutnotON,checktheStarter/Generator.

toenergizethe48VLogicrelay.Thisrelayprovides48Vlogicpowertothereelmotorsandstarter/generator.
