morelikelytobewiththe48Vsystemvoltage.PerformtheRecommendedServiceActionsforfault46.
Step3:Withtheengineshutoff,checkthe48Vbatterysystem.
The48Vbatterypackiscomposedof4sealed12Vbatteries,connectedinseries.
1.Gainaccesstothebatteriesbyremovingthecoverontheleftsideofthemachine.
2.Locatethe48Vcontactor.
3.Useamultimetertomeasurethevoltageofthe48Vbatterypackacrossthemaincontactor.Thereading
shouldbe46–54volts.
4.Ifthevoltagereadslow,performthe48VbatterypackserviceasshowninChapter6oftheGreensmaster
TriFlex3320/3420ServiceManual.
5.T estthevoltageoneachindividualbattery.Theacceptablerangeis11.5–13.5V.
