Step3:InspecttheinternalS/Gconnectionsbetweenthegenerator
andthecontroller.
Theseconnectionsrequireavisualinspection.
1.Removethegeneratorfromthemachine.RefertoGeneratorAssemblyServiceinChapter6ofthe
GreensmasterTriFlex3320/3420ServiceManualandfollowthegeneratorassemblyremovalprocedure.
2.Disassemblethegeneratortoaccessthe3internalS/Gconnectionsbetweenthegeneratorandthe
controller.RefertoChapter6oftheGreensmasterTriFlex3320/3420ServiceManualandfollowthe
generatordisassemblyproceduretoaccesstheelectricalconnectionsontopofthegeneratorassembly.
Visuallyinspecttheconnectionsandwiringfordamageand/orcorrosion.
