Ensureoptimumperformanceandcontinuedsafetybyperformingallstepsinthefollowingprocedureafterall
diagnostic,maintenance,and/orrepairactivitiesarecomplete:
1.Removealldiagnosticequipmentandtoolsthatareattachedtothemachinefortroubleshootingorrepair.
2.Fullyreassemblethemachine.Thisincludesallguards,covers,cableties,andpartsloosenedorremoved.
3.Ifyouunpluggedthe48Vbatteryconnector,plugitbackin.RefertoConnectingandDisconnectingthe
48VPowertotheCuttingReelMotors(page18).
4.Ensurethatallnuts,bolts,screws,andbeltsareproperlytightened.
5.Starttheengine.
6.ClearallfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page19).
Note:Ifyoureplacedacuttingreelmotor,themotor/generatorcontroller,InfoCenter,ortheTEC-5001,
youmayreceiveaSoftwareVersionIncompatibilityfault(i.e.,fault66,141,142,143,144,145)forthe
replacementcomponent.Ifyoudoreceiveafault,followthediagnosticpathinthismanualforthat
specicfault.
7.Runthemachineandverifythatallsystemsfunctionsafelyandcorrectly.
8.Ifanyfaultsarereportedwhilerunningthemachine,followtheproceduresoutlinedinthismanual
tocorrectthem.
Note:Ifyoureceivethesamefaultthatyouweretroubleshooting,gobacktothetroubleshootingstepon
whichyoulastworked.Reviewallpreviousdiagnosticstepstodetermineadiagnosticplan.Itmaybe
necessarytorestarttroubleshootingfromthebeginning.
