Thisfaultisreportedwhenthecontrollersoftwareincuttingreelmotor3isincompatiblewiththesoftwareinthe
primaryTEC-5001controller.
CircuitDescription
Therearemultiplecontrollersinthismachine,includingtheprimaryTEC-5001controllerandindividual
controllerswithineachcuttingreelmotor.Thereareadditionalindividualcontrollerswithinthestarter/generator
unitandtheInfoCenter.Allofthesecontrollersmusthavecompatiblesoftwareforthemachinetofunction
correctly.

1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page19).
2.Operatethemachine.

1.ConnectaPCwithT oroDIAGsoftwaretothemachineviaaT oroDIAGCable(PartNo.115-1944).Refer
toT oroDIAG–QuickStart(page22).
2.UsetheToroDIAGsoftwaretoreprogramthemachineinaccordancewithToroDIAGUser’sGuide.The
cuttingreelmotorisreprogrammedduringthereprogrammingofthemachine.
3.DisconnecttheT oroDIAGcablefromthemachine.

Ifreprogrammingthemachinewassuccessful,gotoReturningtheMachinetoService(page21)
andfollowthestepslisted.
Fail
Ifbothattemptstoreprogramthemachineareunsuccessful,contacttheToroAssistanceCenter
