1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page19).
2.Operatethemachine.

1.GotoPreparingforTroubleshootingand/orTesting(page20)andfollowthestepslisted.
2.Unplugthe48Vbatterydisconnecttopreventunexpectedcuttingunitoperation.RefertoConnectingand
Disconnectingthe48VPowertotheCuttingReelMotors(page18).
3.Followthecuttingreelmotorcablefromcuttingreelmotor3totheconnectorsmountedonthetractionunit.
Note:The2cuttingreelmotorcableconnectorsaresecuredwithclipstotheconnectorplate.The2
e-reelharnessconnectorsarenotsecuredtotheconnectorplate.
4.Disconnectthee-reelharnessconnectorsP21andP22fromthe2cuttingreelmotorcableconnectors.
5.Inspectthe2cuttingreelmotorcableconnectorsandthe2e-reelharnessconnectorsforthefollowing:
•damage
•corrosion
•debris
•properalignmentandseatingofthepinsinsidetheconnectors
6.Inspectthe2cuttingreelmotorcableconnectorsforproperwirecolorperpin,asshowninthefollowing2
tables.
