3.Connectthecuttingunitstothe48Vpowersystembypluggingthecuttingunitpowerconnectorstogether.
RefertoConnectingandDisconnectingthe48VPowertotheCuttingReelMotors(page18).
4.Operatethemachine.
Thefaultmovestothe
newposition.
Ifthefaultfollowsthecuttingreelmotortothenewcuttingunit,replacethecutting
reelmotor.GotoStep8.
Thefaultstopped
repeating.
Ifthefaultnolongerrepeats,notethepositionchangeofthecuttingreelmotorin
themaintenancerecordsforthemachine.Shouldthefaultrepeatinthefuture,
troubleshootingmayberesumedwhereyouleftoff.GotoReturningtheMachine
toService(page21)andfollowthestepslisted.
Step7:UseToroDIAGtoprogramthereplacementcuttingreelmotor.

2.UsetheT oroDIAGsoftwaretoreprogramthemachineinaccordancewithToroDIAGUser’sGuide.The
replacementcuttingreelmotorisprogrammedduringthereprogrammingofthemachine.
3.DisconnecttheT oroDIAGcablefromthemachine.
4.Installtheleft-handcoverassembly.
5.GotoReturningtheMachinetoService(page21)andfollowthestepslisted.
