distortionofthestemtubecancausebindingandmalfunction.
2.Usingadeepsocket,removevalvesfrommanifold.Notecorrectlocation
ofO-rings,sealingrings,andback-uprings.Removeanddiscardsealkit
fromvalves.
3.Visuallyinspectthemanifoldportandremovedvalvesfordamagetothe
sealingsurfaces,damagedthreads,andcontamination.
A.Contaminationmaycausevalvetostickorhangup.Contamination
canbecomelodgedinsmallvalveoricesorsealareascausingvalve
malfunction.
B.Ifvalvesealingsurfacesappearpittedordamaged,thehydraulicsystem
maybeoverheatingortheremaybewaterinthesystem.
CAUTION
Useeyeprotectionsuchasgoggleswhenusingcompressed
airforcartridgevalvecleaning.
4.Cleanvalvesbysubmergingvalveincleanmineralspiritstoushout
contamination.Particlesasneastalcumpowdercanaffecttheoperationof
thevalve.Beextremelycarefulnottodamagecartridge.Usecompressed
airforcleaning.
