RemovingtheBladeSpindle
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,raisethecuttingdeck,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
Supportthecuttingdecksothatitcannotfallaccidentally.
2.Removethebeltcoversfromthetopofthecuttingdeck.Removethedrive
beltfromthedeckpulleys;refertotheCuttingUnitOperator’sManual.
3.Removethecuttingblade(item6inFigure296),anti-scalpcup,andblade
boltfromthespindle;refertotheCuttingUnitOperator’sManual.
