ineasilywithoutbinding.Usingadeepsocket,torquevalvestovalues
identiedinFigure107.

1.CoatnewO-ringslightlywithcleanhydraulicuid.Installallremoved
hydraulicttingswithnewO-ringstothemanifold.
2.Positioncounterbalancevalvemanifoldtomachineframe.Securemanifold
tomachinewith2boltsand2angenuts.
3.Removeallcapsorplugsfromhydraulichosesandttings.
4.Connecthydraulichosestohydraulicttingsonmanifold.
5.Installfueltanktomachine;refertoInstallingtheFuelT ank(page3–11)or
InstallingtheFuelTank(page4–17).
6.Checkhydraulicuidlevelinreservoir(frontaxle)andadjustasnecessary;
refertotheTractionUnitOperator’sManual.
7.Operatethemachinefunctionsslowlyuntilairisoutofsystem;referto
ChargingtheHydraulicSystem(page5–85).
8.Checkcounterbalancevalveadjustment;refertotheTractionUnitOperator’s
