8.Withtheenginerunningathigh-idlespeed(3,005to3,055rpm)andtraction
pedalmovedtotheforwarddirection,periodicallyapplybrakestoincrease
pressureinthetractioncircuit.Whilemonitoringthelterindicator,continue
thisprocessfor5moreminutes.
IMPORTANT
IfyouareusingalterthatisnottheTorohighowlterthatis
bi-directional,donotpressthetractionpedalinthereversedirection.
Iftheowisreversedwhenusingalterthatisnotbi-directional,
unwantedmaterialfromthelterwillagainenterthetractioncircuit.
9.Withtheenginerunningathigh-idlespeed,alternatelymovethetraction
pedalfromforwardtoreverse.Whilemonitoringthelterindicator,continue
thisprocessfor5moreminutes.
10.Shutofftheengineandremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
11.Removethehighowhydrauliclterandhydraulichosekitfromthemachine.
Connectthehydraulichosetotheleftpiston(traction)pumptting.Ensure
thatyouproperlytightenthehoses;refertoInstallingtheHydraulicHoseand
Tube(O-RingFaceSealFitting)(page4–9).
12.Lowerthemachinetotheground.
13.Checkthehydraulic-uidlevelinthehydraulictankandaddcorrectquantity
ofuidifnecessary;refertotheOperator’sManual.
