theshaftsurfacesarenotdamaged.
4.Slidetherearshaftintothefrontshaftandaligntherollpinholesinthe
shafts.Installnewrollpintosecuretheshafts.
IMPORTANT
Whenclampingthecylinder’sbarrelinavise;clampontheclevis
onlytopreventdamage.Donotclosetheviseonthebarrel.
5.Mountthesteeringcylinderbarrelinaviseequippedwithsoftjawsby
clampingonthebarrelclevis.
Note:Donotdamagethesealsduringinstallation.
6.Coatalltheinternalcylindercomponentswithcleanhydraulicuid.Slide
theshaftassemblyintothebarrel.
Note:Donotdamagetheheadsealsduringinstallation.
7.Inserttherearheadwithnewsealsintothebarrel.
8.Securethefrontandrearheadsinthebarrelwithexternalcollars,tighten
thecollarswithaspannerwrench.
