2.WhenthetractionpedalisintheNEUTRALposition,thegapbetweenthehead
oftheneutralswitchandthepumplevershouldbe3.05to3.55mm(0.12
to0.14inch)(Figure151).
3.Ifgapisincorrect,loosenthejamnutsthatsecuretheneutralswitchtothe
pumpplate.Positiontheswitchwithjamnutstoallowcorrectgapbetween
theswitchandthepumplever.Torquethejamnutsto18to22N∙m(159to
195in-lb).Afterthejamnutsaretightened,ensurethatclearancebetween
theheadoftheneutralswitchandthepumpplatehasnotchanged.
4.Afteradjustmenttothetractionneutralswitch,usetheInfoCenterdisplay
toverifythatthetractionneutralswitchandcircuitwiringarefunctioning
correctly;refertoUsingtheInfoCenterDisplayforTroubleshooting(page
5–26).
