Hydraulic Tester (With Pressure and Flow Capabilities)

You must have o-ring face seal (ORFS) adapter fittings
for this tester to use it on the Reelmaster 5100-D.
1. INLET HOSE: Hose connected from the system
circuit to the inlet side of the hydraulic tester.
2. LOAD VALVE: If required, upon turning the valve to
restrict flow, a simulated working load is created in the
circuit.
3. LOW PRESSURE GAUGE: Low range gauge
to
provide accurate reading at low pressure, 0 - 1000 psi.
This gauge has a protector valve which cuts out
when pressure is about to exceed the normal range
for the gauge. The cutout pressure is adjustable.
4. HIGH PRESSURE GAUGE: High range gauge to
accommodat
e pressure beyond the capacity of the low
pressure gauge, 0 - 5000.
5. FLOW METER: This meter measures
actual oil flow
in the operation circuit, with a gauge rated at 15 GPM.
6. OUTLET HOSE: Hose from the outlet side of the
hydraulic tester to be connected to the hydraulic system
circuit.
