[C] Reproduction ratio of secondary scanning direction (Fine adjustment of main motor
rotation speed (Copier/Printer))
<Procedure>
(1) Performs FS-05. (05 Adjustment Mode)
(2) Press [1] [TEST PRINT]. (A grid pattern with 10 mm squares is printed out. Use A3/LD from
the lower drawer (Refer to *).
(3) Check the grid pattern on the test chart printed out and measure the distance C from the 10th
line at the leading edge of the paper to the 30th line of the grid pattern.
* Normally, the 1st line of the grid pattern is not printed.
(4) Check if the distance C is within 200±0.5 mm.
(5) If not, use the following procedure to change values and measure the distance C again.
FS-05 Key in code [4526] [START]
(Key in a value (acceptable values: 0 to 255))
[OK] (Stored in memory)
“100% A” is displayed
Press [1] [TEST PRINT] (A grid pattern is printed out.)
* The larger the adjustment value is, the longer the distance C becomes (approx. 0.25 mm/
step).
