3.10 PAPER FEEDING SYSTEM
3.10.1 General Descriptions
The purpose of this system is to pick up a sheet of paper from the drawer or bypass tray and transport
it to the transfer position. The paper feeding system mainly consists of the pickup roller, feed roller,
separation roller, transport roller, registration roller, bypass paper sensor, drawer empty sensor, drawer
paper stock sensor, registration sensor and the drive system for these components.
