Description
Vx x The Voltage Set command sets the
analog output to “Host”, where the
response “x” is a number from 0 to
11000 that equals the desired
voltage in millivolts. See Chapter 4,
“Configuring the CPC.”
Wdisplay OK Write a message to be displayed on
the front panel display. For
example: “WHello” displays “Hello”
on the front panel. “W” returns the
display to normal. The front panel
has a maximum of 12 characters.
X0 OK
Execute laser off
X1 OK
Execute laser on
X2 OK
Execute pump motor off
X3 OK
Execute pump motor on
X4 OK Execute draining (open drain valve)
X5 OK Execute filling (close drain valve
and open fill valve until full). The fill
valve does not open if the liquid
level sensor indicates that the
reservoir is full.

buffers

BASIC Program: TSICPC
The following BASIC program, which runs only on IBM personal
computers or IBM-compatibles, demonstrates how the computer
interfaces with the CPC using the commands described above. The
program can be used to read concentration and total counts over
regular preset time intervals. The data can be stored on disk or
printed on a printer. A computer is not necessary for normal
operation of the CPC.
