Fieldbus connection through direct wiring
For making connections to the fieldbus you can choose between a
SUB-D connection and direct wiring. Direct wiring of the BL20-GW-
CANOPEN to the CANopen fieldbus can be made through the two
terminal blocks with tension spring connectors.
The passive bus termination must be applied externally if the BL20
gateway is the last station in the bus structure.

Attention
If the gateway is wired up directly, then the bus connection must be
shielded (e.g. with the help of a BL20-SCH-1 clamp).
