5.12 Program 12: Isothermal
For liquids when the manufacturer recommends autoclaving at 60-
100C (140-212F) with no drying. Recommending for melting of agar,
pasteurization etc.
Put one PT100 inside the bottle, leave the second one hanging in the
chamber outside the bottle (see below).
Nominal parameters default settings
•
Heating temperature (default): 80C (176F).
•
Heating time: 20 minutes.
Operations sequence:
•
Water Inlet: Water enters the chamber.
•
Heating: The chamber is warmed up until the Keep-Heat
temperature is reached inside the chamber.
