Searching for a subscriber based on the phone number
If you have a phone number and no longer know precisely to which subscriber
it belongs, you can identify this subscriber based on the phone number.
Press the function key for the phonebook. The display phonebook opens.
Confirm to search in the corporate directory, for example.

Select and confirm the option shown.
You are prompted to enter the relevant phone number.
j Enter the phone number via the dialpad and confirm your entry.
If there is a matching subscriber, the subscriber will be displayed. For informa-
tion on using the possible options, see above.
Adding entries to the phonebook
You can add phone numbers yourself to your phonebook.

Exiting the display phonebook
€ Use the navigator key at the top level of the display phonebook to select the fol-
lowing options:
