18 Getting to know the OpenScape Desk Phone
Call list
Calls to your phone and numbers dialed from your phone are recorded chronologically in the call
list, sorted and divided into the following lists:
• Unanswered calls
• Incoming calls
• Outgoing calls
Your phone saves the last 10 unanswered calls, the last 6 outgoing calls and the last 12 incoming
calls in chronological order. Each call is assigned a time stamp. The most recent entry in the list
that has not yet been retrieved is displayed first. In the case of calls from the same caller, only the
time stamp is updated.
Every list that contains at least one entry is automatically offered

Information is displayed regarding the caller and the time at which the call was placed.
Example:
Callers with suppressed numbers cannot be saved in the call list.
