Settings Open the menu  Page 19.
Select and confirm to open the company-wide phonebook.
j Enter the first letter of the name you are looking for, e.g. "K".
If you do not enter any further characters, all available names with the
corresponding initial letter are displayed after a predefined period of time
or after pressing = to confirm.
You can restrict the output by entering the second and other letters.
The ( key is used to switch between letters and numbers.
The
<: keys are used to delete individual characters again.
You can control the search individually by entering extended characters.
To select extended characters, first press the ) key.

You enter this character by selecting it in the extended characters.
