1. Using the toggle switch at the top of the CPU board, place the Wash Select II in
setup mode by moving the switch toward the back of the Wash Select II case.
(The CPU board is located on the inside right wall of the Wash Select II case.)
2. Using the (3) key to scroll forward and the (1) key to scroll back, scroll through the
main menu until the "Credit System" option is displayed. Press the (*) key to
enter.
3. Use the (3) key to scroll until the "Network Params" option is displayed. Press the
(*) key to enter.
4. Enter the Store ID and press the (*) key to enter.
5. “Enter Carwash IP” will be displayed. Enter the IP address and press the (*) key
to enter.
6. “Enter Gateway IP” will be displayed. Enter the last octet of the Gateway IP
address provided by Sheetz and press the (*) key to enter.
7. The unit will program the modem with the IP address information, and then
display “Success… Please Reboot”.
8. Reboot the WSII.
2.3.20 Wash Select II to WashPay Integration (Credit Mode 6 Only)
If you are integrating the Wash Select II with the WashPay Site Management System, ensure
the expansion board is installed in the upper right corner above the CPU board on the inside
right wall of the WSII unit and is connected to the CPU board with a short ribbon cable. A
CAT5E Ethernet cable will be connected from the expansion board to the router in the
office/C-store. Then complete the following steps:
1. Using the toggle switch at the top of the CPU board, place the Wash Select II in
setup mode by moving the switch toward the back of the Wash Select II case.

2. Using the (3) key to scroll forward and the (1) key to scroll back, scroll through the
main menu until the "Credit System" option is displayed. Press the (*) key to
enter.
3. Use the (3) key to scroll until the "Credit Mode" option is displayed. (This should
be the first option displayed in this menu.) Press the (*) key to enter.
4. Enter the 6, and then press the (*) key to enter.
5. Use the (3) key to scroll until the "Network Params" option is displayed. Press the
(*) key to enter.
6. You should see “Rev#: WP1.03. Press any key.” Press any key to continue.
9. If this message is not displayed, make sure the LED light is lit on the
expansion board by the Ethernet cable and make sure the ribbon cable and
Ethernet cable connections are secure, then reboot the Wash Select II unit.
