7.1.3 Set Test Program Details
1. Select Program Menu.
2. Select Program option and set required program.
3. Press Start Button to enter selection and select exit.
4. Select the individual options and enter the following values:
If the leak test conditions are not known for the component, the following figures
may be used as a guideline for setting the test parameters:
5. The Fill, Stabilize and Measure times need to be optimized for the component
and test pressure setting.
6. Select Exit to return to program menu.
7. Select Run Mode option.
Parameter Setting
+Reject 1.99 mbar.
-Reject - 1.99 mbar.
Test Pressure Set to specification.
Test Pres. Tol.
Set to approximately 10% of Test
Pressure.
Fill Time Set to 10 seconds.
Stab. Time Set to 10 seconds.
Measure Time 1 second.
Vent Time Set to Off.
