(3) Detaching and refitting the main charger unit
Follow the procedure below to replace the main charger unit.
Procedure
1. Open the front cover and remove the waste
toner box and inner cover.
2. While lifting the main charger unit toward the
upper right, remove the unit from the MFP.
3. While pressing the main charger release
lever in the direction indicated by the arrow at
the removal stopper position to release the
removal stopper, remove the main charger
unit from the MFP.
4. Replace the main charger unit and refit all the
removed parts.
