Objectives and output
The FireReader 1D Colony counting module features the calculation of the number of
colonies and their characteristics (Automatic colony counting) or the manual counting of
colonies with the mouse (Manual colony counting).
At the end of the process, you can have the following outputs:
- Number of colonies of type I (detected as green)
- Number of colonies of type II (detected as red)
