PERFORM A STRING TEST
25. Ensure that the string phantom has been properly set up according to the instructions in the procedure
Set Up & Maintain the String Phantom on page80.
26. Turn the console off, and then turn the console on. The console is now in configuration mode.
27. On the Main Configuration screen, press the PROG PROBE button.

28. On the Program Probe screen, press the PROG button.

29. On the Program screen, verify the probe serial number is correct.
If the probe serial number is not correct, press ID, and then enter the correct serial number.
30. On the Program screen, press SAVE. The console returns to the Program Probe screen.

31. Place the probe into the string phantom probe insert, and then align the probe label with the recess in the insert.
Ensure the probe fits snugly in the insert.
