Assembly
· Remove one or both of the two rear ink
shelf flaps.
· Fold and hold a dust-free wipe with one
hand directly under the nozzle rows of
one of the printheads.
· Spread the fingers of your other hand,
place them on the bag in the
corresponding shelf compartment and
press down evenly and forcefully to
remove any residual air from the print
head.
· If in doubt, it is always better to squeeze
out a little too much ink out than too
little.
· Use common sense here and find a
proper middle ground! Too little
pressure on the bag will hardly remove
all the air that may be present and ruin
your print later. Too much pressure risks
damaging the print head or the bag.
· Perform the above steps for the colors
as well.

Print-head Assembly Front
Attach the cross profile extension to the
cross profile.
Slightly tighten the two screws integrated
in the extension at the top and bottom to
attach it to the cross profile
