Print as High as Possible
We recommend the following procedure to utilize the height of the vertical axis as
much as possible and print an image as high as possible.
1. Calculate your image as usual and prepare it for printing.
2. Turn on the "Simulation" button.
3. Start the print from a position where you are very sure that the traverse path of the
vertical axis is sufficient and that the slide will not proceed beyond the upper end of
the Y-axis. Before you start, take also into account, that you have a certain overtravel
and the slide will move father up than the image is high.
4. Pause the print as the slide moves upwards.
5. While paused in the top position, measure the distance from the top of the linear
slide to the top of the vertical axis and remember this value.
6. Continue with simulation and cancel the print as the slide moves down.
7. Move the Y-axis up by the value previously determined.
8. Deactivate the simulation and restart printing.
The slide will now move to the extreme physical end of the vertical axis and print the
image as high as possible on the wall.
