6.7.2 Test the CO
2
levels with the casing open
Remove the casing.
Remove cap from right ue gas test port (2).
Select parameter HG47 in the contractor level (BM-2) or the contractor menu (AM).
Insert test probe approximately 70 mm.
Stage 1:
Measure CO
2
content.
Compare value with Table 6.1 Set value with casing open .

Select value.

level can be increased by lowering the number or decreased by increasing the number.
Adjust the number by ±1 in increments until the measured CO
2
level is within the set range.
Exit parameter HG47.
Select parameter HG49.
Select value.
Adjust the number by ±1 in increments until the measured CO
2
level is within the set range.
Exit parameter HG49.

cannot be congured properly within the setting limits:
Check oil nozzle and air nozzle.
Change the oil pump pressure (6.7.4 Changing the oil pump pressure)

If the heat generator fails to start with factory settings active, the parameters can be adjusted after
waiting for three minutes.
