Ink Sticks Jammed
An Ink Sticks Jammed error has occurred. The following troubleshooting procedure applies to
this error.
Procedure
Refer to RAP 93,501, 93,506, 93,511, 93,516 Ink Loader Faults for troubleshooting procedure.
Remove Incorrect Ink Sticks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow,
Black)
An incorrect ink stick error has occurred. The following troubleshooting procedure applies to
these errors.
Procedure
Refer to RAP 93,962 ~ 93,965, Incorrect Ink Sticks RAP for troubleshooting procedure.

Remove incorrect yellow ink stick (slot 1)
Remove incorrect cyan ink stick (slot 2)
Remove incorrect magenta ink stick (slot 3)
