This error is generated if the mg/l (or ppm) value for 100% signal output falls below 1.00 mg/l (or 1.00
ppm) in the <*OUTPU> mode in the setting level.

NOTE.03:(InputDataSettingError)
This error is generated if the mg/l (or ppm) value for 100% signal output is set to a value below the
value for 50% signal output when two-line-segment output is set in service code 05 in the <*OUTPU>
mode in the setting level.
