1-Slot Ethernet Cradle
TC20 battery is not
charging.
TC20 was removed from
cradle or cradle was
unplugged from AC
power too soon.
Ensure cradle is receiving power. Ensure TC20 is
seated correctly. Confirm main battery is charging.
The internal battery charges from fully depleted to
90% in approximately four hours and from fully
depleted to 100% in approximately five hours.
Battery is faulty. Verify that other devices charge properly. If so, the
replace the device.
The TC20 is not fully
seated in the cradle.
Remove and re-insert the TC20 into the cradle,
ensuring it is firmly seated.
Extreme battery
temperature.
Battery does not charge if ambient temperature is
below 0 °C (32 °F) or above 40 °C (104 °F).
