Appendix: Greeter Module
3. Change the value of each input setting. Your choices are:

Original Mode - The external input uses a momentary switch input to change
the system run modes, instead of changing them with the base station keypad.
• <msg name> - Selecting a message name means the corresponding message will play when
the selected external input is activated. Message choices include all messages of Type ALERT.

Perform the following procedure to customize the message names. The

1. Enter the greeter configuration menu.
2. Select 8 Message Names .

3. Using the 5 , 6 , 4 , 3 and Enter keys, select a message name use the keypad to
enter each character. Advance to the next character in the name using the 4 key.
