Associating a directory to the call by name function (ABC key)
You have the possibility to choose a directory which will be associated with the call by name
function (See "To call a party from a directory by name:" on page 18.).
7 - Enter the new code and then press the Enter key.
8 - Enter the new code once again and then press the Enter key.
-> An audible signal and the display indicate that the action has
been validated.
Note: remember this code; you will need it to access certain
functions.
1 - Press the Tools key.
-> The display shows "
PROGRAMMING".
2 - Press the key twice.
-> The display indicates "DIRECTORY MANAGEMENT".
3 - Press the
OK key.
-> The display shows "
DEFAULT SEARCH" followed by the
directory currently associated.
4 - Press the interactive key that corresponds to your choice:
Int.Name - Ext.Name (example: Int.Name).
-> Depending on your choice, the call by name (ABC key) is made
from the common internal names directory or from the common
external names directory.
