This function is used to filter the calls for another person (example: Assistant/Manager).
Two programmable keys must be used on the "Assistant" phone (filtering phone) and two
more keys on the "Manager" phone (filtered phone), one to activate or deactivate filtering,
the other to supervise the calls on the filtered phone.
Programming the filter function
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
1 - Press the Tools key.
-> The display shows "PROGRAMMING".
2 - Press the
OK key.
-> The display shows:
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO PROGRAM?
3 - Press the interactive Key key.
-> The display prompts you to select the desired programmable
key.
To program the filter function:
4 - Press a programmable key.
-> The display shows the status of the key.
5 - Press the interactive Modify key.
6 - Press the interactive Filter key.
-> The display prompts you to declare whether you are filtering or
filtered.
7 - For filtering, press the interactive Activ. key, for instance, at
the left side of the screen.
-> The display prompts you to enter the number of the filtered
phone.
8 - Dial the number of the phone to be filtered.
• In case of an error, press the interactive Erase key.
9 - Press the interactive Enter key to validate the programming.
-> The display confirms the programming status of the key.
