Internal names directory
This is the directory of the names of internal parties which is common to all subscribers. It
is programmed by the system operator.
Checking the internal names directory
You can call up the external names directory when the phone is in standby as well as during
an ongoing call.
1 - Press the key.
-> The available directories are displayed on the screen.
Press the interactive --> key.
2 - Press the interactive Int.Name key.
-> The display prompts you to enter the first letters of the name
you are searching.
3 - Enter directly on the alphanumeric keypad the first letters of
the party’s name.
• If you need to correct an entry, press the interactive Erase key.
4 - Press the Consult key.
-> The display suggests a name or, if there are several names,
indicates the number of suggestions.
• If necessary, press the interactive Next key until the desired
name is displayed.
• Use the interactive Previous key to go back.
• If necessary, press the interactive Correct key to return to the
entry of letters.
